  1. Redeem Online via App/Website

  2. Go to FirstCry.com and select the items you want to purchase.

  3. Add the products to the cart.

  4. On the Cart page, select the Gift Certificate option.

  5. Enter your 14-digit Card Number in the given field and click on the Apply button.

  6. The Gift Certificate will be applied to the order.

  7. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.

  8. Pay any remaining balance using the available payment methods.

  9. Redeem at FirstCry Offline Stores

  10. Visit a FirstCry store.

  11. Present the Gift Card to the store staff.

  12. The store staff/cashier will redeem the Gift Card code in the system.

  1. The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com App/Website as well as in the Offline Store.

  2. Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem his or her E-Gift Card.

  3. Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.

  4. Both EGC and credit card may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

  5. In cases where the order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card.

  6. Single E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.

  7. Multiple GCs cannot be applied for a single order.

  8. Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.

  9. The Gift Certificate/Voucher will get mapped to one FirstCry account after the customer has made the transaction using the Gift Certificate/Voucher and the rest of the amount, if any, can be redeemed through the same FirstCry account.

  10. E-Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.

  11. E-Gift Card can be redeemed within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

  12. E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.

  13. E-Gift Card cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.
